I had surgery to open my tubes, but cant get pregnant

QUESTION: Good morning,
My partner and I would like to have a child. We’ve been trying for some time now and nothing had happened. I see regular periods, but a few years ago I did a minor surgery to remove scaring from my tubes and to open them up as they were tiny.
I’m 31 years old and it’s frustrating me. I feel that a herbal remedy can help us. What do you suggest?
