I need to reopen my tubes with Jamaican herbs?

QUESTION:Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
Hello,

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 4 years now. a HSG showed that both my tubes are blocked. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2008 which I think may have caused scarring of my tubes. Is there anything I can take to naturally re-open my tubes?
