DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I need to take some action against a judge who threw out my case and asked me to bring the person who gave me power of attorney to court. I went to court last month with a power of attorney document from my friend. It stated that I could start legal proceedings when the tenant breacher her agreement. The Judge told me it could not work and threw out the case. She told me to check my documents and asked for the person who gave me power of attorney. I need some answers on how I can take some action. On the notice the reason was major repairs

Dear Donovan,
The first thing you really need to do is calm down and understand whats going on. Your other emails had said the reason on the notice was for major repairs only. The court clerk should have explained that the reasons on both the notice, and the summons should be consistent, and they should have ensured your power of attorney gave you the relevant authority to get the tenant. Based on what you said it seems the power of attorney document is truley flawed. Why not take it to an attorney to review. There is nothing wrong with the Judge requesting the person who gave you the power of attorney especially as it appears the Judge was simply trying to reach out to assist that person. Chill! Be a teamplayer for your principal’s sake.
