I need to know if the squatters got my parents title by fraud

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
Good morning. I recently went to tax office to pay some money onto my parents land in Spanish Town Willodene and was informed that other persons name was on the property tax. I therefore visited the property and 2 men were erecting a building on the house. I have a copy of the title which states at the back Substitute Original. Vol xxxx Folio xxx.

I was later informed that a xxxxxxxxx are paying the taxes on my parents land.

The land and erected building at xxxxxxxx Drive, Willodene Spanish Town, Jamaica.

My parents name are xxxxxxxx.

I hope that you can help me as I believe these people have gained the land in a fraudulent manner.

Dear Carmen,

Research needs to be done before claims can be made. For example perhaps persons applied by adverse possession. REeearch must be done before other steps can be contemplated
