Jamaican artists sought for new TV show!


A Jamaican chef has now been added to the write lovers team of Anthea McGibbon here on this site. With over 10 years experience and expertise Othel whose recent stint includes Red Bones will join in advising on Jamaica cuisine and dining. Sharing a few tips and recipes on foods and preparations of foods especially for Jamaicans, Othel is also vailabe for private tutoring.
His latest project is making smoothies from natural fruits and vegetables grown locally.
Other chefs are being attracted to the site, but for now Othel is the main one coming aboard says Anthea McGibbon, site owner.
Among the tasks will be reviews of restaurants as one way of promoting local culinary skills and ideal places for dining whether straight Jamaican or under the influence of Jamaicans.
