The claims of the Benefits of Cerassee are numerous including cancer, diabetes, and many other diseases, including sexually transmitted ones. Sure enough though, Jamaican cerasee bush commonly used to fight off sexually transmitted diseases in Jamaica among other ailments. Both vine and fruit are good. The immature fruit of the plant has been shown to exhibit some anti-cancer effects, especially with leukaemia. Some other uses are for: colds, fever, sores, menstrual disorder, cures bad blood and gripe, stomach ache.
