LOCATION: EXIM Bank, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Providing legal secretarial and related general administrative services for the division through conducting and organizing legal & administrative duties and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Secretarial studies from a recognized institution, or Certificate from a recognized institution; Certified Professional Secretary Designation or equivalent; Minimum of three (3) OXC/GCE O Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts; Minimum of three (3) years experience as a legal secretary, preferably in the areas of conveyance, debt recovery, security registration and corporate secretarial administrative duties; Paralegal certification would be an asset; Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills in both written and oral formats; A working knowledge of file storage and retrieval practices; Good planning and organizing skills; Excellent human and customer relations skills; Satisfactory knowledge of legal document preparation.
