My marriage is on the line, I need to give birth

QUESTION: Dear Herbalist,
My name is Nadeen. I have been married for 6 years and have been trying to conceive for 5 but we have been unsuccessful. My periods are very irregular. Doctors say I have a hormonal imbalance and want to put me on birth control. I was also diagnosed as having an estrogen dominance. This is what they say is causing the hormonal imbalance. I am 30 years old. I don’t drink or smoke, a little on the heavy side, and suffer from breakouts along the jawline. Are there any herbs I can take to
1 – balance out my hormones,
2 – make my periods regular and help me ovulate,
3 – help me conceive quickly,
4 – lose weight and clear up my skin?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

P.S. will the dog blood help clean out my womb and help me conceive? My marriage is on the line if I am not able to have a child.

RESPONSE: Dear Nadeen,
There are several herbs you can take. However you must not be on prescribed medication when you choose the natural herbs. It is best also to be guided along by herbalist, but not without informing your doctor.
1 – balance out my hormones,
FOR THIS natual soy, Black cohosh and don quai are just a few recommendations. There are food products that you need to avoid too.
2 – make my periods regular and help me ovulate,
FOR THIS you can rely on semi contra
3 – help me conceive quickly,|
FOR THIS you can rely on dog blood bush
4 – lose weight and |
FOR THIS you can eat lots of green bananas and a choice of vegetables with warm water and even honey
5 – clear up my skin?
FOR THIS you can rely on a number of natural herbs and vegetables, applying them externally or consuming them internally. For example a paste from pear and lime juice can be helpful.
For all situations outlined above, you must bear in mind though that a well balanced diet is critical as much as a renewed lifestyle. When you are ready to work with us, simply write again
