The OAS Department of Human Development is pleased to announce the distribution of Verbal Note OAS/DHDEC-VN/09/2011 which informs that the Government of China, through the Ministry of Education of China (MOE), in cooperation with the OAS, Department of Human Development, Education and Culture, is offering support to citizens of OAS Member States by providing partial scholarships to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in China in any field of study available to international students starting in September 2011. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is responsible for the enrollment of international students and carries out the routine management of Chinese Government Scholarship Programs.
The Program is financed with special funds according to principles similar to those contained in the Manual of Procedures of the OAS Scholarship Programs and the scholarship regulations of CSC.
