PROPOSAL CALL: US Ambassador’s PEPFAR Grants Program 2012



The U.S. Embassy announces that it is currently accepting proposals for funding for the US Ambassador’s PEPFAR Grants Program 2012, and the deadline is Friday, April 13, 2012 at 4pm. Please see further details at http://kingston.usembassy.gov/pr_03192012.html.
Instructions are as follows:
Application for U.S. Ambassador’s PEPFAR Grants Program 2012

1. Cover page with the name of the Organization, type of organization (registered NGO, etc), title of project, activity location(s) (regions, parishes etc.), start and end dates, and the name, title, mailing, phone number and email address of the main contact person for the organization (one page maximum).

2. Description of the Organization – background information and past experience working in specific field/s of expertise.

3. Description or Summary of the proposed activities and objectives.

4. Description of the Target population and Number of people expected to benefit from the project. This section should include information about monitoring the activity and measuring the results and outcomes of the project.

5. Description of Management Plan – describe how the project will be staffed and managed.

6. Summary Budget with the total requested amount of funding. Please be as specific as possible with regard to your anticipated costs. Please include details of how you calculated these costs and the J$/US$ exchange rate used. —– Please attach your budget and any other supporting documents, keeping the application within the 10 page limit.
