Ridding my sinusitis to save my smile

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
I am getting terrible gingivitis. The ear throat and nose specialist told me to deal with my sinusitis as the drainage into my mouth is the main cause for my gum disease developing and worsening. .

This is definitely an issue that can lead to serious problems, periodontis first. So you do need to clear up and control sinusitis. This can help you to save your teeth, and your smile. Please consider using coconut oil, watergrass. Avoid dairy products and enjoy moringa seeds or milk. Almond is also great.
If you eat chocolates, eat dark chocolates.

NOTE> We currently do not know where to get fenugreek oil.
