When can I jail my debtor after the default hearing?

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
Good day,

Stumbled upon your network by a random search surrounding arrears. I may be interested in utilizing your services as I read where you offer collections services.

However, I have a question I would appreciate if you could answer; under what circumstance is it possible to have someone arrested for being delinquent or for extensive default after a court hearing?
Please share this information.

Regards,
KW

Dear KW,
After an order is made, the next step is doing a Judgement summons for a hearing. After that if there is no further step you can get the person incarcerated. However bear in mind that if the person cannot genuinely pay you the ordered sum, and you force their hand through incarceration, you can turn around being incarcerated instead.
