Who can sign documents for official use in Jamaica?

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
Please give me an idea on where or who I can go to get documents signed while I am abroad. Some of the notary public live too far from where I am. Added to that not all the bank notaries can sign certain documents.

2. Commander-in-chief
3. Judge of any court
4. Mayor or Chief Magistrate
5. Notary Public

FOREIGN STATE
1. The Jamaican or British Consular Officer at the Jamaican Consulate or Embassies overseas
2. Notary Public
