Fed up with threats by tenant, need her out

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I brought in a girl as a tenant to live in a house I am taking care of in Saint Andrew.
After a month, she got pregnant for a donman and has been threatening me for ten years, so I stopped collecting rent. The don man got killed by the police recently and so I need her out. What can I do? The real owner says I should get her out at my own expense.

Dear Patrick,
Give her a notice. It will give her 30 days to move out. When it expires, please visit the Parish Court located at Sutton Street in downtown Kingston. The staff there will guide you.
