Best way for aunt to put my name on Jamaica title

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
Good evening. I have a question that I would like some help with. I would like to know which is easier or which is the best thing to do. My aunt name is on the title for my mother house in Montego Bay. I was told that she could do a Gift Deed to me or just simple take her name off the title. I would like to know what to do as I need to get my name and my sister name on the title. Looking forward to your response, thank you

Dear Kimmie,
She can visit the National Land Agency online or offline and use the relevant forms to TRANSFER the land. It is interesting that you say it is your mothers house.
