Can I give my business tenant a two weeks notice to move out

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am a commercial tenant and I rented an area of my beauty shop to a girl. I charge her weekly, but now she stopped paying me for over two week now. How can I get her out. She has been ignoring my letters to her.

Dear Jody K,
A notice has to last more than a month, as weekly tenancy is not accepted in Jamaica based on research. Commercial tenants also need to be given three months notice. At the end of the notice, a summons should be applied for with the expired notice. Once that summons is served, attend the court hearing on the date scheduled by the court and talk with the Judge.
