How do I categorise for trademark in Jamaica

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am doing up my paperwork for Trademark registration in Jamaica. Havent a clue on the section that says categories. The form has many boxes so I know they want me to add a lot of information, but am clueless on what to put. Even though I’ve looked at the Sample.
