Jamaica’s ‘Jack in the Bush’ cures the common cold

QUESTION: Dear Anthea,
Please help me with the common cold. It is annoying. I hate taking pills and I hate feeling weak. What Jamaican bushes can I get to help me?
Shawn

ANSWER: Dear Shawn,
Several bushes across Jamaica can cure or rid you of the ‘common cold’ within a day, symotoms and all.
Flus have cycles, but these bushes rid you of it, and builds your immunity. You must remember though not to overdose so after being rid of it, just take it for a fdew days more. Remember to consult a physican, especially if you plan on getting antibiotics and flu shots.

Some of the bushes are:
Arelia
Guinea Hen weed

The ‘Jack in the bush’ found in specific places in Jamaica, is just one bush that is very good for the flu, asthma, cold, sinusitis.
Rub some of the ‘Jack in the bush’ between your fingers or in your hand middle and inhale it for cure. This is from the mouth of Ras Ken, another herbalist. You can meet or speak further with either men. Now according to Ras Ken, you can also put the Jack in the bush in a piece of cloth, and a little water, then beat it. After beating it, you then add salt, strain and drink. This is also good for colds and flu. Have a cup of this each morning for no more than 2 weeks at a time unless told otherwise by an experienced or knowledgeable person.
The ‘pepper elder’ bush someitmes referred as the dog pepper bush.
These bushes although grown in Jamaica, is best had from someone specialsing in herbology or from an experienced person in the market. For one, you need to be sure its grown in a clean environment free from interferences such as animal tamperings, and ‘other plants’. You may get them or bi-products from them for example juices, wines, breads, from either Stoneman or Ras Ken.

PLEASE REMEMBER to consult a phyisician before or after especially if you are on medication, or plan to take processed medication.

  5. Ena I have worked out a procedure for getting rid of the disease and listed a number of tips on my website http://www.reach4health.com
Please be careful with the use of “bush” herbs. They are excellent and can do wonders for your brother but improper use can be just as harmful. Do not boil them brew as you would for teas. If you dry them it is also better in sunlight and do not use too much at a time. Moderation.
    Every success to your family.
