Peter Lloyd is now gearing up for the busy summer season has been confirmed for the family oriented Portland Jerk Festival, slated for July 4th, 2010.
The festival which features a wide array of succulent dishes sees thousands of locals and foreigners making the annually trek to Portland to enjoy the world famous Jerk Pork and other signature culinary eats created by our renown chefs.
