I want to get my tenants out, but their names are in confusion

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
My tenants are being so cruel to me.
I have been calling them by the name Sanderson which I wrote on several receipts. So since Ive given them a summons, they are now telling me that their name is Myrie. I wanted to know if I should start all over. I looked at the first receipt and it was done in the name Myrie.
Tonya

Dear Tonya,
Based on research, one way to resolve is to tell the judge that they usually respond to both names. Parish Judges facilitate landlords by amending the file. The Judges also has ways to ensure the person to identifies him or herself so dont worry.
