I need a rental agent and a Jamaica attorney-at-law!

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I came across your email address online. I have two issues that i would like some assistance with.

I have a property in Falmouth:
410 Stonebrook Manor Trelawny.
I would like to rent out my property on a long term lease and i would like to find an agent in Jamaica that can help me with this.

I also have land in Jamaica and i have a couple of properties on this land. The land title was in my grandmothers name. When she passed away the title then went in my uncles name. My uncle passed away in October 2018 and the title now needs to go into my fathers name. i need some legal assistance with this. My Father is visiting Jamaica in March and he would like to get this all settled before he returns to London. It would be great if i could find a lawyer to assist with this. I will need legal assistance in Trelawny Falmouth.
