DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am living in the UK I have a property in Montego Bay. One of my neighbours email me a letter which was place
On one of my windows by a Building Officer from the ST JAMES MUNICIPAL CORPORATION . The letter stated that a section of the building was too near to my boundary and I should take it down with in 28 days. I phone the building officer telling him I have no problem knocking down that section of the building, but I am living overseas and can not get away from work at this time. I ask him if he can give some more time and he said no he will take me to court if the 28 days pass and the building does not come down. What can I do I am so very stress at the moment . their is no work going on the building at this time.
