A question on getting them out

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
Hello,
Good night, I have a question.

I just surveyed a piece of land belonging to my mom, her brother, me and my sister but I have some person living on the property that you need to get off. How do I go about doing that.
Please advise me.
Thank you
Bridge
