I got land in Jamaica from my employer. I understand it is a deed of gift. I need a document to reflect this so I can register. Can you give me a guide in preparing a deed of gift document?

I am attaching a sample that you can tailor to suit your needs. Bear in mind that you need to exercise care when dating it. Stamp duty is required by law within 30 days of the execution date, or a penalty is charged.
